Today, went to Siti's Baby 1 mth old celebration.

Her baby was like so small ..... current weight is 3.8kg... keke

When i was carrying the baby, the baby keeps zzz-ing.
Miss Theeba commented that hugging the baby, is like baby sleeping on King Kol mattress....
She jealous la...cos when she carried the baby, the baby dont want to sleep...keep looking and wondering around.

Did not end well for 2009, cos fall sick.

guess it pretty much describe me.....

well, after so many yrs, how can i not know myself?
I know where is my strength and weakness.
Used to be very hot tempered and lose temper easily, made an effort to control it.
Now, seldom will lose temper.

Weakness: My brain cant control how my heart is feeling. A lot of things i should have given up. My brain is rationale , it knows what is right n wrong, and what can be done , n what cannot be done, but my heart must be an enemy with the brain, refusing to follow instructions from the brain. Maybe this is why i am a human and not a robot.

haiz, well, hope time can resolve this issue.

This year..... went for holidays, only back on 23rd Dec.

realise that didnt get any xmas presents....haa....so in the end....everyone dont have any.
Except for our xchange party, which i bought xmas gift for shihan.....
Really headache..... went to 2 shopping malls , still cant find a suitable gift for her.
Firstly, she is particular with clothes, so clothes is out.
Jewellery also out, cos she equally particular abt it.
so.... bought some cookies... haa....will not go wrong gifts.

Xmas day: We all gather and chit chat...
As usual, shiyin very hype.

To prepare myself for Mount K, i went for jogging, swimming and strolling.
Ha, i got to say strolling is not part of training bah....

These few days, i really feel different.
Maybe it is the sudden increase of free time compared to term time.

I did a review of my 2009 resolution....ha, almost fulfil none of it.

Maybe in 2010, should have a more realistic one.

Mid Career Crisis

Well, i guess everyone will face this problem.

Recently, many ppl around me are facing that problem.
My neighbour sitting opposite me in office, bust out one evening, and said she is going to resign.
Alex came over and asked why the shouting...
She said she's nt going to do anything, and she will resign.
Alex said you dont teach u eat what.....
Then she went back to work.

As for me, i learn to switch off a bit. i think in fact is totally switch off.
Despite putting in effort to teach a class, they treat u as clown.
I guess this theory is correct, What they want is an enjoyable time, and we should strike a compromise. Let them enjoy....

Mr Lee.... recently raised the issue that he was afraid that he will not get used to the lifestyle with a much lower salary. My question is, why in the first place u want to leave?
Somemore, intend to leave w/o securing a job first????

Anyway, i recovered from my Achilie's tennon. Now i dont jog as intense as before, and i also took up swimming. I m beginning to enjoy myself.

Well, wk3 of sch holidays, i was sick. Took the whole wk to recover .
Dont know what happened, flu, fever , cough just kick in.
Lie on my bed for 4 days??!!??

My leg....too lazy to count which day is it now.
It is getting better i hope. Sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo tempted to go for a sprint, to vent out all energy..... at least once tired, thoughts wont go stray ?

Met up with Clara, Hashina and Shawn on sunday.
Congratz to hashina, hope to see her baby in a few mths time.
Hashina was saying Hwee Xian was explaining why i wasnt at Kanghao's wedding ha.
Hmm....cos i was not there lor. Both Hashina and Clara said my appearance changed.
Shawn say same lei. haa...... dont think anything has changed bah. Besides the colour of my hair.
Dont know why , at our age, during class gathering....everyone started asking abt when r u getting married. Clara said, " so Mr Liang, the single and not available guy, hows yr gal. " haaa, i told her i was always single n available, but she said , " No mah, u always not available de...."
Shawn came in and add on, yea, he not available, cos he sold his time away.... haha. Then we 2 started to bombard Clara. hahahaa

Also met up with Weesing. Hmm.....she still looks that same to me, maybe grown taller. haha.....WEESING....DONT GROW TALLER ANYMORE..... Finally, found a drinking kakki ...haa, at least next time go drinking, i know who to jio liao. But 1 thing she had changed for sure. Her ability to take risks. Well, she had supportative parents, great vision. She wanted to learn to invest ! ! !.... well done. Welcome to the Investment Club.

Weather is hot recently, i guess thats why ppl are more temperate.
1130pm , my friend started to jio ppl out for supper. No one wants to go. In the end, i went down, met at 85 Bedok for supper. He shared his thoughts of buying condo to stay and enjoy life.
hmm....well, at this very moment, dont think we can afford to stay in 1.

Also had a chat with my buddy, Michelle. She shared with me her fear when term open in 2 wks. She was scared that she cant cope with the studies. Well, dont worry. I have every single faith in u. =)

Today, suddenly gt feel. So get myself a flower crab for lunch. In my attempt to eat it, gt "bitten" by it....now thumb a bit swollen .....hahaa. Asking for trouble.....

This is the 7th day after the doc diagnoise me with an injured Achilles tenon.

I guess this is the most painful injury i have.
Cos the pain is recurring. Will go off once u stop moving, come back again when u move.
Can u imagine........ the constant pain i am suffering.

Eat our cheng teng, then we chatted. Well, the 2 of us are still very concern abt 1 fact.
Whether he knew what happen or not.
It seems like at the moment, if he isnt aware, everything should be fine.

Later, we walked to Kallang River, talk a bit, then listen to music.

15th April: Serene and me went out for dinner...... to celebrate both our birthdays....why we chose 15th...cos it is 5 days after hers.....5 days before mine...haa.....what a joke....both of us forgot to bring each other's bday gift...haha

20th April: My colleagues....Nadiah, Theeba, Alex, siti, Melson, Daniel, Paul and Xue Ying......they all ordered Pizza and we ate in our lab. Theeba said no cake, so pizza is the cake.....then she even say no candles..... she use a few plastic rod n say those are candles........ thou quite crappy....but it was quite fun.

That time i told nadiah that there was a meeting..... and bluff her to a room.....where everyone was inside....pulling those poppers ( gotten from the students...haha) . To imagine ....want to use the same old trick one me.....haha sorry hor....dont work.

21st April: My 4 pretty nieces + handsome nephew treated me to a dinner. The dinner was not that great....but its the thought that counts. After the dinner, shihan says want to KTV lei....wah piaz.....cos the teacher got to teach the next day...so her idea was rejected by the birthday boy.
In the end....all of us go n play pool....before going home.

23rd April: Me, meeting mr Chen and junren for some major issues to discuss. THen we had dinner together..... just nice that HK cafe has promotion for birthday celebrations.....so we like celebrate again.....order abt $40, 10% off + 1 free gift.

25th April: KTV with dekai, justin + ai lian. THen dinner at Central. Wah.....Ai lian giving treat worh...... she say for flying kite 2 wks ago. ha.....the feedback was should give treat more often...haha

this yr, original plan was trader's hotel buffet, but fully bked, so we try shangrila's The Line,

Mr Chen says......now issue is not abt $$, is abt finding a place to eat....
so we ended up at orchard hotel's buffet.

Its April le.....

March was a hell mth. I got reservist, school trip to KL, following that .... SYF competition.
And my brother got married this mth. =)

My very own brother arrowed me, so i was the host for his wedding dinner. Ha..... Worst.... I was the host for the english portion. And my da-sao 's friend, Kai xin was the chinese host. My cousin kept asking me to ask for her handphone number...since i m single n she is too....what a joke...

After his dinner, i went to KL for training trip with SYF.

Hmm.... ha... Came back from KL, tio stunt when receive my PB.....so chiam.....might as well dont give lor.

Ha..... i also did something which i think is crazy.... i sent a bq of roses to Ai Lian and ask her for dinner the next day... think she was extremely stunt.... But i think in life, we need pleasent surprises mah... nvr mind la, since she dont like it...then i jiu dont ever do it again le.

Yesterday went to see sunset at Changi pt....hmm..... not that spectular as i expect....

Last monday, around 5pm, my head suddenly starting spinning....and i feel giddy.
Quickly ran n c a doc.

THe doc says i got Glue Ears + high blood pressure.

Glue ear is due to some fluid entering my ears, causing my body unable to balance myself. Therefore i feel giddy.
He gave me some medication to "clear" the ear....

So..... i rested another day at home...
Went to work on wednesday, but was on medication.
THe whole of last wk , i was like so restless and drowsy.

Finally weekend came...... Then i was injured.
While walking, i was hit by a stray soccer ball, RIGHT onto my right eye.
I blackout immediately, the next moment i know was that i was in pain lying down.

Wah, right side of my head was numbness..... after some help from some ppl there, i manage to stand up, but the whole world was spinning.....#$%^&*&^%$%^&^%$%^

I sat at the side of the blk until i was ok to go off..... they gotten some ice for me to apply, so that the swell will go off.

So that afternoon, i went hm and slept till night time.

THen yingyin called me, saying shihan, shiyin, ah boy + her all coming to mich's house to play.
They invited me over to play and eat.
So we ordered pizza, and i brought along my vodka for the young ones to enjoy.
Played UNO.....from like 11pm till 1 am......

THen i sleep again....till sunday morning....again was giddy and tired.
BUT my eye.....still blood shot ...and WORSE>......got a blue black appearing...

Monday: Going for my reservist.....halfway through, cannot take it....so sleep n close my eyes while listening to all the training n briefing. Then i go n c a doc......resulting in a 3 days MC.....

DOc say REST AT HM......if lost of sight, see flashes of light.....vision dim....pls pls pls go A&E...

I got to admit it is a challenge.

As usual, i still meet up with my friends, yanhao for bowling, shawn for pool, or jogging.
Went jogging also. The usual of us will meet up for dinner , movie etc. haa...

Towards the last quarter of 08, i feel i am getting from bad to worse. I felt like a changed person overnight.
Actually is not felt, the fact is i am a changed person already. I m no longer that "滴酒不占" guy. I found empty bottles of vodka in my kitchen. I cant believe i myself drinking so much, and i think the amount of alcohol i consumed this quarter is more than the amount i have ever drink in my whole life. 借酒消愁 dont seem to apply to me. Because i have discovered something abt me, no matter how much i drink, i only turn red, but i am not drunk. Haiz....thats the saddest part of it.....
I got to stop this man, else my life will be shorted in a matter of time.

So new year resolution is STOP DRINKING, rather QUIT DRINKING.

Went sch this morning at 7am for some meeting.
As usual, the others are late.....dont know why they are late for more than 45 mins, when the meeting only lasted for like 15 mins !!!

Then i went hm and bathe........ ha.....9am, my lovely michelle sms me, to check if i am awake.
Ha.....because she is soooo free, as her FYP briefing is at 1pm, she asking me want to have breakfast or not. So we had breakfast at Toa Payoh BK. Ha.....we had a 2 hrs breakfast man......
Chatted everything abt work, life, studies etc..... then she asked abt my brother's wedding.
It seems that many ppl are concern abt my bro's wedding wor.

Went jogging in the evening, as the weather looks extremely nice.....
Hmm.....dont know why, thighs muscles are aching, and lower back is painful after the run....maybe i should condition myself first. ha

Ultimate Boredness

Sunday........sunday, i slept almost the whole of sunday.

Evening , yanhao called me out for dinner. So dinner was at Old Airport Road.
We ate the Big Prawn Noodles... then we walked to the carpark. We heard a loud crash, wow.....a sports car ran up the central barrier. hmm......sports car , sports car....

Then we drove over to Marina Bay Golf Course. We have intention to pick up golfing, so we went over to take a look. After evaluating, we decide not to learn golf.

We went to ECP to explore again.....we drove all the way till the end.....Powerful.
We wind down the window, and enjoy the cool breeze. Yanhao decided to do something funny.
We called Justin to check if he is at home. Really, he is at home. So we told him we are busy, will called back in 5 mins time. So in abt 5 mins time, we are at his place. We called him, and Justin came down.

Yanhao proposed to go to this place called Bliss Cafe, located just at Ponggol Park, facing the pond. So.....we ordered drinks.
I ordered a Victoria Bitter, hao ordered a Dark Erdinger, Forgotten what he ordered already.
Together we ordered some finger food, Ham n Cheese Sticks ( really nice...crispy on the outside, warm n soft on the inside ), and Cheesiler Fries .
We stayed there and talked and discussed things for abt 1.5 hrs.

Then yanhao walked home. Then i accompannied justin home.
On the way, justin talked to me, asking me hows life in all aspects?
Ha....therefore we chatted with each other for another 30 mins or so....
I should say i am a lucky person, i have a good bunch of brudders. wahaaa
Then i went home.

4th Nov 08: Last day of my reservist. Ended off with my IPPT test.

Serene asked me if i am interested to go taiwan with her. Hmm, after considering , dont think i can make it, because it is really too rush, cos they all are going off 1 wk later. I still got some misc stuffs to settle mah, else might join her.

7th Nov 08: K Buffet Session: Yanhao, Dekai, Justin, Ai Lian, Me

Hmm......me and dekai reached there at 6pm, so we started off first.
That day dekai dont seems to be himself. So of us started off first, he chose “你不爱我”and sing lor. Most part of the song, he is struggling to hit the key, but well, at least he vent it out, thou i think the song is more suitable for me, ha. After which he sang another powerful song. I guess throughout, he just whacked, then he ate and ate.

Shortly, Ai Lian and Yanhao came. So they started eating n singing, finally justin came.
That day, yanhao was "drunk". Commented so much "R21" joke.

Justin: ( singing 人质）“反正我也没差＂
Yanhao: You 差什么？
Justin: What did you 差 again?
Yanhao: Pi Ku la ( Buttock )
Everyone: LOL

I think during that k buffet, i should be the most bo hua person, cos i ate very little. Ha....
Yuan lai, all the ppl there really can eat.

After that k buffet, we all set off to Marina Barrage to take a look. Hmm.....that place is really crowded. Esp at that hour, 10pm++.....there is no available parking there lor.

Home sweet home...hmm.....that basket justin, say my car got cushion ...... like a taxi like that , got provide comfort service ....ha. I must declare here, i am not a taxi driver...

8th Nov 08: This day is a busy day. Morning i got Bowling Competition from Delta Division at Bukit Batok Home Team Clubhouse. Hmm...thats a good place. There is pool, bowl, archery and Air Shooting. Hmm...next time can go n explore.

Next is a lunch meeting with NIE friends @ west mall. My 1st time there. ha.

Evening watched Beyond's Concert with Ai Lian. Recently, quite lucky. Won a pair of Cape No 7 tickets, and this Beyond's Concert. Ai Lian came from her friend's church wedding, thats y she looks very pretty. Usually see her in sports attire or casual, ha. Hmmm.....the concert was not that nice lei. The music is too hard rock and the lights is so glaring. Always shine to our side.....damn sian abt that. Moreover, the 2 of them talk in canto..... i have very limited knowledge abt canto. ha.
Supper after that....then home sweet hm.

13th Nov 08: Had dinner with Yanhao, then we 2 go and play pool. As usual la, after play pool, we talk cock at our usual place.

14th Nov 08: Had froggy porriage with my buddy niece, michelle. Ha......she asked me to wait for her at the busstop, then she dropped off the busstop. Ha....i was earlier than her lor, cos i saw her dropping off the bus....then she said i was late instead....Whatever la....ha.
This time round, we did not feast like in the past. We faithfully eat our froggy porriage only. 3+ 2 frogs = $22 , then we also order 2 thai coconut.
Ha, my buddy niece, being my buddy niece, has difficulty opening the coconut, so the young uncle got to help her open lor. Later, michelle got difficulties eating the flesh of the coconut, so the uncle got to assist her with scraping off the flesh. Ha.... My niece claimed i spoilt her by pampering her, i was wondering if i had spoilt her, or she is spoilt or she really need assistance....ha

15th Nov 08: Played Pool with Shawn, and talking cock session again. Apparently , shawn is damn sian. I also sian, therefore the 2 of us, sian-ing together.

Shawn is not facing problems now, but just feeling down. Me ah, damn jia lat. Say some things i am not supposed to say. Haiz, but whats said cannot be undone. All these while, have been trying to control my heart, but i cant ....so thats y jia lat. Now i sorted out my thoughts liao and i know the answer deep in my heart le. In fact i think the answer had nvr changed ha.

We 2 took bus 70 home. Dropped off 1 stop after nichol highway at shawn's place. Then i walked home. The journey home is a tough one. So many "sightseeing" along the way. Some even came over and harress me sia. Ha....but then since i grew up near that area, therefore no temptation at all despite all "invitation" by the friendiest neighbours of shawn's.

Watch soccer with my bro , Man U vs Stoke City. 2 of us drank and talk and watch soccer. Hmm.....i think i jia lat, last mth drank a bottle of vodka in 6 or 7 hours. Now, i drank abt 2 glasses estimated about 400 ml ??!!?? My bro says i should be ok for his wedding. Dont think will be drunk n collapse. Cos we only put ice and drink pure vodka.....wahaaaaa. I dont know why i am drinking so much la.....I USUALLY DONT DRINK AT ALL.....This is bad for health....think i must control myself, else surely sooner or later , i will die young like what Adi says.

16th Nov 08: 2 same guys go out stir coffee again......talking cock again. Basket....didnt know that shawn can also talk a lot. As usual la, talk = sometime raise voices at each other...haa......BUT dont worry, we r ok. Our discussions are loud, but we are alright.

19th Nov 08: Watch City of Ember. Thanks to Ai Lian, so i can watch previews ha. This movie ah, there is no surprises. The idea is abt the same as "The Island" and "Journey to the centre of Earth". Basically , a city in Earth.

Had supper after a short short walk along orchard rd. The lightnings are nice...maybe i should find another day and explore again, Since i am so free. ha

21st Nov 08: Me and Shawn agree that our life are quite standard and there is no changes. SO we make a change during this gathering. We STILL play pool, WE still eat dinner, after that we went mount faber to walk walk. The night scene of Sentosa and Keppel Bay and Vivo City is different there man. We enjoy the breeze up at mount faber....and walked past Jewel Box to take a look. Looks very ex, but the element of "WOW" factor is not there. I finally discover the route up to the mountain top by car le. ha. The journey down is shiok....if only i got a WRX.....then the journey down will be different.

Next we went to Keppel Bay .... We ate Cheesecake and teramisu and Peanut chocolate cake....haha, then we talk cock again as usual. Shawn is facing the toughest decision of his life.
Ha.....i cant advise him anything, cos i am a total failure myself. BUT what i can say is follows what his heart tells him to do. It cant be wrong.....( ha....i think for my case is totally wrong ....), sorry ah shawn, my advice is for reference only. I m nt a fortune teller, so i cant predict. geee.....

Recently, i feel soooo down. I simply cant believe i drank so much for the last of whole wk.
Hmm....k, i will stop drinking for the whole of Nov. STOP STOP STOP.

Now times are bad. This makes yanhao more free than ever.
So we ended up meeting or chatting over phones...

Yesterday lunch time met up with yanhao and another friend.
Woo, it has been a while since we all last met up. We update each other what

today..... was a lazy day for me.....

where gt in my life i slept like pig and wake up at 10am......, have my so called brunch.

After brunch, shop for goccery. Prices of commodities have came down quite a bit, and it is reflective at NTUC. haha......a typical housewife statement.

1pm, started my 1st ever afternoon jog. Nike's slogan: Just Do It....gee

after jogging about 30 mins....felt so dehyrated, then suddenly saw the dark clouds ahead...and raining. Gt to u-turn and run back home.

The HDB flats was opposite where i was jogging.....jia lat....sure caught in the rain. With my HP, i snapped this photo....thought it was quite meaningful..... So YES, i was caught in the rain. Soaked with sweat, rainwater, maybe tears.....i dont know la....it was wet anyway.

Initially planned to have a swimming session with shawn at 5pm.....The rain stopped, but rained again at 5pm....so change of plan. Me n shawn went to play pool. We played for 2 hrs.....not bad...now that i improved a lot compared to previously. My wrist injury is an excuse...haha....now getting the past feel on playing pool.

Later eileen say want to play arcade at leisure park....so me n shawn go leisure park play arcade and bowling.....oooooooooooooooooo, so happening...played so many stuffs in 1 day sia.

as usual , supper with shawn.

Tmr we have a date....to conquere nichol highway and ECP..........haha....and our frog porriage after that.

2 more mths and 13 days.

2009 is an important year, 2010 is even more important.

Firstly, 2009 will be much more busier than 2008 because i have joined
a new mission.

2010 ah....maybe i am not around anymore. Who knows what will happen the next day right?
Nowadays banks cant even promise they will be around, ha, let alone humans themselves.

This week should be the most relaxing week these few yrs.

i remember how tough 2007 was. I finished off a 4 yr torture which i chose myself. Before the torture ended, something drastic happened to my family. Our usual peaceful life was disrupted.
I could still remember the fear in me. I remember once i couldnt take it anymore, i escape the reality world by finishing 1 bottle of wine and dropped dead.

My career was a shaky start, cos i did not even bother with it. Since that time, family was more important than career.

Well, not every instant was bad, there are some cheerful moments.
There are many occasions where me, dekai and yanhao met up for movies and some chit chat sessions. The 3 of us nvr failed to met up at least one a mth...geee. Come to think abt it, 2007, we knew each other for 13 yrs. Come on man, how many 13yrs can we assure?

Back in 1995, i remember in a classroom located at Tanjong Rhu, this is the question that my english teacher pose to the class. That time i was a mere 13 yr old little boy, that has minimal concept of life.

13 yrs had past in the blink of an eye. Many things have changed, but i am very sure my answer then and now will still remain the same.

I will take the pill and throw away the antidote.
My thinking then was:

No one will understand me, therefore my presence was insignificant.
I was incapable, my results did not excel, i failed as a student.
Thou i know i will be very painful, but i am sure i will get used to the life that is invisible.

13 yrs later, my answer is still the same .
But the rationale behind it was:

My presence around is still insignificant, i feel that i did not lead a life that i ought to live.
A lot of times i can choose to give up, but i did not, simply because i gt my own very target to achieve, and there is a reason for me to be present.
But if the very reason cease to exist, most likely i will MIA.
After so many things had happened, i m very sure of 1 thing now, my heart was dead back in 2005.

Ha, dream n reality are 2 different things afterall. Can think and imagine, but such pills will nvr exist in the first place.

Had this constant dream that i was knocked down by a car....and i became handicap.

Now i cant walk.....limping....because i injured my ligament.

Jia lat...if nvr take care...my legs sure chui liao.

Think i accidentally kicked the curb when i walked hm, cause the ligament to injure....

hmm.....today went blading.......ai lian mentioned that she like bringing a dog out for stroll....
Start to wonder.....alll these 26 yrs....am i leading a life of my own , or i am leading a life that is pre-dictated?
Ha....only 1 person knows the answer.

Also being to wonder....what will happened to someone who has lost his will, his instinct will to carry on?
If someone is on the verge, and there is simply no will to, no reason to, no mood to, no catalyst to, what will happened to him sia? Will he be a living dead man, or dead man living? I dont know the answer as yet.
But there is one thing i am very sure of.

A few questions i have been asking myself all these yrs.
1) Why cant i return to yr 1999 and re-live my life again?
2) WHY must all these things happened to me WHEN i am determined to do something?
3) WHY cant i do the things that all i wanted to do?

today is a rare occasion.
Me n ailian went KTV.....

It has been donkey yrs since we went alone.
haha.....as usual, she bombarded the song list with a lot of songs.
Worse still, some she cant even sing...haha. Most are oldies....her generation songs.

Later think she tired...then ask me to choose all the duet songs.....
Wah lau, starting...she choose all the high pitch ones ....where my key is no where there.
Later those more ok songs....like jacky ones....then i can sing better...

Play pool after that.....we had 3 games....all play very long...haha....cos i no skills, she much more skill than me....still play very long.

Basket...today want to go barrage...but it is close.

Went for a 2.4km run....today body not conditioned....therefore after the 3 rd round, running speed dropped....after 1.6km, timing is 9min 50s, then i gave up...cos rib cage area is too painful.

Hmm.....today .....dont know why stomache is not hungry....

Hope things are ok for me.

Poh's Housewarming

Wooo.....today is Poh's housewarming.
It has been a long time since last saw him.....and he mention that it was almost 6 mth ago........
THAT WAS LONG!!!

Nvr mind, so last evening, me and ailian went to J8 for dinner.
And soon bian, find some gifts for Poh. After calling justin, and looking around, we bought him a sandwich maker.

Hmm....after that, we decide to explore singapore. So Ailian suggest this place .....Active Bishan, a new sports area where ppl can play beach volley ball, bball, soccer. I dont know how to go, looking at the map also useless, cos not updated....then i counted n predict using my fingers and found the place in less than 10 mins after leaving J8. hahaha...

Not that nice that place, rather the element of WOW is not there....

Later we proceed to explore, but cant think of any area....so car ride....
I drove to Changi Airport.......then u-turn back to send her hm, but miss the exit...
On the return journey, ailian comment like coming back from holiday......haha i say ya...we 2 just gone to japan n back....geee Lame
AND she suggest to go NTU to see her old sch and recall her memories.

Upon reaching there.....we went to the Black Glass Panel area to see see look look. So many young undergrad playing there...wah lau.....i was there looking so out of place...at least over there can see stars n moon.

After that , send ailian hm.....WOW...we travelled more than 130 km yesterday ....haha

Well, these 2 weeks, is indeed tough.

So....i do funny things...

Eg i learnt roller blading. Actually i want to learn it 2 mths back, and just nice ailian says want to teach me also. Just that no time to learn. During sep holiday want to learn, but rain when we want to learn. So we ended up watching movie, play arcade, dinner n bowling.

i went running / jogging .......ran faster n faster....

i slept late at night....haiz....

i realise not i gt problem also...haha
ailian also gt problem...then ended up 2 persons with problems together.....creating more problems.haha

Well, the last of last wk was mainly involved in something i was not directly involved in. Haiz,....its along story anyway, which wasted 3 of my afternoons and affect my mental rest ....haha. Well, i should say that there are learning values in this experience.

This week was a mass lecture. Wah, got to meet up with old friends. Had a short chat with Peici, my makan kaki back in NIE. haha...... How time flies man.....really fast....1 yr just ended.... She is supportative....she says she support me in making that decision .....haha.....well, actually that decision was supposed to be made many mths back lo....

I miss my soccer session, think my skills now rusty again already.

Well.....it has been almost nine mths.
I have been telling myself...there is a cut off pt somewhere.
Some things is life, there is no definate answers. They MIGHT be....BUT there MIGHT NOT be also.
IF i hang on, is there a confirmation ? Hmm,.......i REALLY dont know. In fact, i think .....to hang on when nothing is confirmed, is already not very soon fong's style already,.....more over i tried for so many mths
I personally believe i tried my very best le.....thou it may not seems...haiz.

I hope i can still remain as what we r now. Hopefully things dont change.
And hopefully, i can get over this and reset myself. Maybe all the while, it has been a wishful thinking on my part.
I think it is...haha...cos given the respond i get from her. All these while, i have been telling myself....nvr mind, try harder......things can only get better and not worse. I failed to realise i am sinking deeper. I am not thinking, or behaving in a rationale manner. No one wants to remind me, i think i will not belive them anyway.

Had frog porriage with my lovely niece just now. She too dont believe i am determined to stop lei. It has been 2 weeks since i became a full pledged teacher. It is really tough man.
On one hand , i got to get used to the new mattress, and on the other, i got to get used to the
long working hours. Sleep early and wake up early.

I realised i am rather deactivated after i came hm. Except the regular jogging session with alex, i think i just fall asleep when i reached hm. There is even 1 day, i just came hm, bathe and fall asleep w/o dinner. How scary right? Or there are other reasons to this.....hmm....i dont know.

I have been trying to find chemistry for tjhe past 2 weeks, and i came to realise, it cannnot be found.
It need to be create ....Haha

520pm: From my house, i walk to leisure park, took me 20 mins only.
540pm: Leisure park, start to jog
6PM : Indoor stadium, i sprint for a distance of like 50 m at full speed.
610pm: WAterfront
630pm: Reached end of tanjong rhu, started the run to ECP to suntech
7pm, reach suntech
740pm: run back using nichollhighway....

10pm....total shacked out, with painful ankle, back, and shin

Emotional Management

Well, these 2 weeks is indeed tiring.

1st event: Moving House, very xiong n tiring, cos got to move items down my flat, and to the new unit. And unwated items got to be dispose away from the old unit. After moving stuffs to the new house, we got to unpack.

2nd Event: Posted to St Andrew Sec as my final posting. Got to go through induction program and start planning lessons for the new term.

3rd event: My personal life. Well, i got to say, my personal life is in a total mess now. All these mths, i have been trying. It is not a smooth journey of course. I told myself if there are always uphills, there is bound to be a pt where i will give up. In May, i reach that stage. Maybe that explaines why i suddenly went missing for that mth. I got to convince myself that there are reasons for me to carry on the journey, because if i cant convince myself, how can she know that i am 100% devoted to her.
After almost 1 mth, i discover something. My actions may suggest i gave up, but my heart did not. So i tell myself to follow the direction from my heart. If i follow my heart, it will not go wrong.

Michelle's Housewarming

Woooah, 8th june is Michelle's house warming.
By fate, we are now closer to each other. My cousin and family is staying 1 level below me.

7th June Fri, wahaaaa......there was a last min outing. To watch Kungfu Panda.
Xt ( our neighbour ) and mich went for steamboat first. from 7pm to 9pm.
I reached there around 845pm, order prata and Ice milo. Then 945pm we are at Kallang Leisure Park. Haa.....which is like mins of driving from our place.

Initially want to play bowling, but fully booked. So We watch Kungfu Panda. B4 that, we play arcade first....wahaaa.

After the movie, we went to marina sq to play bowling......thats how our fri night is.

8th June, well. Our relatives were here, to see our house , because cousin's house warming mah....hehe.
They comment my bedrm is too blue, curtain too girlish, bedsheet too childish. haha....
Shihan says she come in , she will faintz.
Mich says my bed mattress is indeed hard, but that pillow is cooling. wahaaaa

AND YES.....almost a yr nvr see Huilin, she now like 1.65m.....soooo tall.....

After today's CME class, the physics grp ppl gather got our weekly soccer game.

1130am, we started to warm up and play. The sun is reallly powerful. After 1 hr...everyone is shacked. I was not on form. Shot kena keeper, balloon, or miskick.
We went to indoor court to play. Wah...totally different feel. Can run better ... play better already.

Ai Lian was on 1 week leave next week. Wah.....a lot of things seem to be already in her plan.
Wednesday, going JB.
Friday, going to Keppel Island. She complained many ppl are talking abt it, but she dont know the place. Well, whats the purpose for her knowing man.....But she says she want to bring a friend along. Since her friend is a female, then ok, can come. Haha.

My legs...dont know why...lousy liao.
Wed run abt 8km, then yesterday soccer....now knee cap, shin, thigh ...all pain.

Ktv-ing session

30th April, My last day of teaching as a trainee

30th April: My last day of lesson with 3N1.

3N3 was much to my expectation. They can sense that that was my last day teaching them.
Ha...anyway we are humans, we have feelings right.

3N1....wah...sian...Bought waffer biscuit for them, both the maths grp and physics grp.
Did not give the maths grp, because they misbehave in class. In the end, only those few that stayed back in class, i gave them 2 packets each.

3N1 physics, i gave each student one strawberry one.

After sch, went hm n sleep. Wa lau...yanhao last min called me asking us to meet up urgently.
Therefore we met at swenson's PS branch. haha....then we wanted to watch Ironman, but PS sold out, cathay also sold out...Eng wah's timing is after midnight...haha...so we buy some food , went to sky garden to eat n drink.

1st May: Labour day.....was tiring. Got to move stuffs to new house, then clean up the place. Nothing much.

2nd May: Nothing much to update. Except went jogging with alex.

3rd May: Nothing much to update also. Last min, jio yanhao and dekai. We went ECP to walk walk .....then we proceed to dekai's house....to watch soccer. After that, we went hm....that was so unlike us...haha

4th May: went new house to clean up again. THen went jogging with alex again....

How boring my life can be right...hehe

This morning, go to work as usual.
But something unusual happened.
Soon Fong was involved in a car accident.

When he was doing a right turn, the car initially wanted to go straigtht, then he also turn right.
In my attempt to siam the car, i kena his tail end.
My poor car was dented on the engine cover, right hand side of the car was dented too.
Also the bumber was cracked.....
Haiz...

I dont know what to say...really dont know what to say man.
Think these few days i will remain silent.

Sat night, i watch soccer...then halfway cannot tong liao...cos too tired. So i slept.

Went Causeway pt for dinner with weiling. TOday i ate a salmon steak...taste so so only.

Keppel Island

Last friday, me n weiling met up. Because both of us are stressed over practicum, so we meet to discuss what happened over all these weeks. Hmm....so many weeks did not met her le...
So when first saw her....a bit miss her thou.

We had dinner at vivo. I came early, so i rackee a bit....hmm...all those restaurant dont serve vegetarian food. Therefore this Hotpot japanese restaurant is the best choice.
I ordered this US pork meat....power....nice.
It came with a vegetable platter and a vegetable salad. So i order another set of salad. Each of us got a set.
The soup base is nice. Got 2 soup base. One is seaweed which taste a bit mild, the other is power.....very tasty. Think both of us like the other soup.

After dinner at vivo, i brought weiling to Keppel Island. This is a dream place sia.
First, we drive pass the bridge linking mainland to the island. Woah....the bridge changes colour with the time man. I love this bridge....the ambiance is sooooooooooooooooo nice n smoothing.
Also along bridge, the lighting is like so matching....i simply love it.
We reached our desination...prive bakery. B4 that, we walked around the place....
it seems that the place is too classy for us. Our social status simply do not match the area. But who cares....i told weiling that as long as we can afford the expenses jiu ok le. She says to a gal, there are more than these. I WILL TAKE NOTE. Next time, i will take care of her feelings.
We went to the bakery, there serve a lot of cheesecakes. I like to try the rich chocolate flavour, but definately very fattening, so nvr try. Myself, i tried the Blue berry cheesecake, while she tried the Hazelnuts cheesecake.

We told ourselves, after practicum, we will come n try all the flavours.
The quiet garden outside Prive, is also a nice place sia. Soooo peaceful and quiet.
I urge all ppl to go b4 this place get popular with other ppl.....then we will lose this peaceful and quiet place.

Saturday was suay.....Car broke down along ECP...how sian can it be right...under the hot sun for 1 hr.

Sunday, Me, justin, hao n ailian....we went to klunch, then play pool.
Well.....loooooooooong time nvr play pool le. keke...cos my wirst got a bit of defect.....cant be that well.

I had 3 observations so far.

2 was done by my own CT, so more or less is ok.
Plus the class is well behave in general. And there is a luxury of time to be spend on them.

Next one was done by my HOD, so it is a bit tense, but its ok also.

Today is a formal observation by my supervisor. Hopefully, it is ok.

Delicious Tau Sa Pia

Along balestia rd, very near thomson medical centre.

A lot of ppl told me it is nice, esep the salty one is delicious.

I purposely went on a afternoon timing, so there is no lunch crowd, and hopefully there is no q.....

sian, i was wrong, thou there was like only 15 ppl on the q, but they buy like 20 salty one 20 sweet one....very fast wipe out the whole tray of tau sa pia. Then i got to wait for the piping hot tau sa pia to come out of the oven again. Think i waited abt 40 mins to finally holding the few boxes of tau sa pia. I was nearly soak by my sweat cos sooooo warm.

Then i pass by a florist. I decide to went in to buy a stalk of lily flower. I remember her saying that she like lily flower, so i decide to give her a little surprise. Then i realise that she might still be in sch, so gave her a call. No one pick up, so i left the flower and tau sa pia at her doorstep.

A little pleasant surprise a day can brighten the whole of the week amist of the heavy work.

Busy weekend....

15th March: Purchase bathrm accessories, i too "small see" those items.....THEY ARE HEAVY...cos made of stainless steel. Then transport to the new house.

When we are abt to leave, then a family came. They ask if we have finish renovation. I got the instinct that they want to take a look at the renovation la, so i ask them if they want to come in and take a look. So .....i invited them in lo.

Then we go over their 5rm flat to see see look look.

After which, we pick uncle up to see furniture. Wah.....we spend like 2-3 hrs choosing colour, discussing the price etc...

tiring.

16th March: me n my uncle + cousin went to see new hse, then choose paint colour for my new flat. We toook a lot of pictures...haha....scenary to poser...haha.

AND I WENT JOGGING WITH SHAWN. after like dont know how many yrs....i ran 1 hr non stop, i completed abt 7-8km. haha

Lesson learnt:

1) Do not say that someone is wrong, thou he is wrong. Ask him why he do that, and in the process, what has he indirectly affected.
2) Do not nail down the person immediately, as this will put up the defence wall, and he will refuse to accept any other "talk"

Oooo....

4th March:
1st day started teaching in SASS. Well, it is really different to be in a all boys sch and moreover a mission. Feel really wierd wierd, but its ok.
Talking for a few hrs each day to the whole class is really tiring.
Intend to go for jogging after sch, BUT 7pm, eye lid dropping, so i decided to let it drop ....

5th march: Wah,....NO CONTACT TIME!!! but there is a maths department meeting....again left sch quite late. Again , initially plan to run, but no energy to go jogging.

6th March: Is almost end of term, teaching in class is getting more a norm....so more or less used to lesson planning, and classroom teaching.
This day also mark the 4th day i did not consume any meat. It is really quite a challenge.... No meat....haha
Went IT fair with dekai, and yanhao...hehe

7th March: haiz...i consume a chicken wing......cos the sch cater lunch for all teachers....so.....
at least i can go on 4 days without meat.

Went to make a new specs for sports purposes. Weesing was having her job attachment at Pearl's Optical. ( Weesing is my niece's friend, thats make it my friend too ) Initially plan to go early de...BUT there is this meet the parent session in sch, so was delayed till late evening, then i go over to make. Oooo....try out a lot of specs....finally choose a more decent one. Weesing says i look better in that specs....so i decided to trust her professional advice.

Then we went out for dinner at 65 bedok. Of course, soon fong uncle send her there.
so i decided to ask a few questions, and check weesing's respond:
1) Does gal enjoy the feel of being fetched around?
Ans: Yes, gals enjoyed it. BUT dont be too fake to go n open car door etc....
2) How come u so quiet?
Ans: Feel very stressed cos although going out with friend, BUT this one is friend's uncle.

Hmm...haha....actually i can feel that weesing very respect me, cos she dont behave the way how shihan, shiyin, sherlyn, yingyin and xiaohui ( all my nieces ) behave.

wooo......Practicum starting on monday.
During induction, the male teachers are wearing stripped shirt, because VP n HOD are wearing plain.

So i bought 2 stripped shirt at Soho central, with the advise of Weiling. Hee....the shirt really looks nice, it will be my first time wearing stripped shirt. Dont think will look very bad...

Then CK finally came, ( all ppl fly kite ,except weiling n me for CK's outing ). We go Waruku for dinner. Not bad, we got a Singapore River view...really quite nice at night. I think weiling really like the scence , because it is "quiet". CK, me n weiling, we share our future possible plans etc...talk abt past experience....etc...i got to admit, it was really very warm n cozy that day.

Next, weiling need to send something to her friend, so i drive her around. I enjoy her presence, and she told me b4, she enjoyed being fetched around. So , as a man, + late at night, whether she enjoy or i enjoy, top priority is her safety. THen i send her hm. THou the journey was long, but we chatted during the journey, so quite ok la. heee...

My practicum posting is St Andrew Sec. I will be attached there from 25th Feb - 9th Feb.

I know my timetable already.
My workload is 16 periods per week.
I am given 2 classes. 3N1 and 3N3.

Looking forward to it to see how well i can teach.

GESL SHow n Tell......wah...this was an interesting one. Siti was like being outplayed by her committee. Wah, 230pm, i received an sms from her... i can sense the "helplessness". So after my induction at 430pm, then we met our NIE sup till 530pm.
Wah, what a surprise....yuan lai Thersia is the gal who always had breakfast with joseph, + sometimes i join them ...hehe. The world rather small...anyway...630pm i am back in NIE, to help siti.

Hehe, we manage to "catch" kiran n her sister who is doing assignment in library.

So 4 of us was working through the late evening. I was totally in sweat...=)

The guard 8pm came n lock the UID, when Email says 930pm...haha.

So we work at level 2 canteen.

Friday, siti took my car, n we go NIE together..haha...she was totally tired....

830am in UID...our table was being stunted away by others....so i stunt it back...haha.

then we set up our booth.

not bad...quite fun, thou we have limited support.

THanks those friends from other grps, Alex , Peici etc for assisting us in setting up the booth.

CNY Day 1

wow....today was day 1.
Dont know why this yr, i was like soooo looking forward to CNY, but when CNY is here,
i slept in the day.

Morning went over to uncle's house, bai nian with uncle & cousin. Then came hm, i sleep till evening, then went over to Blk 60 uncle house.

After that went over to Fengzhu cousin house.
Hee....sherlyn wear pink...wah lau, like uncle like niece sia, i also in pink today.

Reunion Dinner

Hmm.....finally got to witness the $105 @ 300 grams abalone le.

The abalone indeed is big, almost twice the size of ordinary abalone.
However, the expectation not there lei.

I taste the abalone le....indeed not bad.
The abalone taste sweet, tender as comapred to those small small one.
Partly because it is it is a wildlife abalone...hehe

Reunion dinner ended just like that lor...hehe. Maybe next yr more fun, because it is at new house.

Dekai n yanhao was too lazy to go out, so am i...haha

Siti's Birthday

During committee meeting on monday, Siti jio me n ck for ktv on wednesday night. We 2 got a soccer game in the evening, so cannot la. Siti looks disappointed wor.

CK discover that 24th jan was siti's birthday.

So, we arrange fri for ktv. 10pm was the ktv .

Ck, Siti, weiling, me n siti's friend participated. We gt to thank weiling for

preparing the cake. And transporting to Marina Sq.

11pm kbox staff brought the cake in. Siti looks surprised...hee

we sang till 1am. Then in the carpark, saw ck walking around. so stop the car and ask him lor.

He say he lost his car....so longbang him and drive around the carpark lor....wah...we search his car for 15 mins, but cannot find le. Basket, ck park his car at lvl 1 instead of B1 la....no wonder cannot find his car. So go to lvl 1 lor.

Following which, i send weiling home, then i went home.

It was 230am when i reach hm, then after bathing, i suddenly motivated to do my essay for Qed523. Till sat night 10pm, i completed. YESH!!!!!!!!!!!!

1 module down, 3 more to go only.

But i slept till 10am on sunday....so ok la, 12 hrs of sleep in 2 days, thats 6 hr of sleep ave per day. So now i will start work and aim to complete my other modules.

Focus and determination is the key now.

Wah......Today was our bicycle 42km Mission. From ECP to Changi.
815am, Dekai , alex and me arrive at VJC busstop. Yanhao, justin and ailian was not there.
So we 3 walk to MacDonalds for breakfast, called them to meet mac, since they all on the way.

Yanhao n justin came soon after, n we met at mac.

920am marks the start of the journey. All use Single bike except me and yanhao because he cant cycle.It really took a while for me to orientate with that super long bike.

haa.....there were many pitstop. Hehe....

Then 1120am, we reach Changi. Wah , we thought it was rather simple.....then the return journey was killing me.
Firstly, i was down with cramps. Both my thighs' muscle contracted that i just sit down on the floor and lie down. think my body cool down during the drink at changi village.

S0 more n more rest were in place. Since i was down, justin, dekai and alex rotate to cycle with yanhao. Finally, 345pm, all came back to the bike shop.

Conclusion, i need to build up my fitness level.....

Woah.....

On friday, Michelle sms me.....i can sense she is bored le.
Cos her lesson on fri end 445pm, then next class start at 645pm.
So her buddy aka uncle, who is me, went to AMK Hub to have dinner with her lo.
We went Dian Xiao Er to eat. Thou me n mich stay in the same neighbourhood, we rarely met each other. haa...nvr mind, later this yr we will move to the same block , and my cousin and mich is staying 1 level below me.

Sat,.....Ktv at Kbox Toa Payoh.
Ailian, dekai, yanhao, justin, weiwen and me were there. hmm....not bad.
DId not sing that well, cos my throat not feeling well.

Dinner was on Zhiyuan, because he draw his first pay le.
Clara, zhiyuan and baoling, dekai, yanhao, weiwen and me were at this ma po dou fu Steamboat shop near bishan. That was a nice steamboat.

Following that, we wanted to play pool at amk, but no table available, so we went to watch movie. "mission sex control" ... after all activites, i reach hm at 2am....wow...damn late.

Today, jogging session with shawn in the evening. yeah

Ooooo, was talking to Huiyi ( my cousin ) that Fireworks a bit late at 12mn. Then she want to go to ECP ( Shears Bridge ) there to watch. I learnt my lesson last yr....cos too crowded, so no intention to go there this yr.

First Stop: Aljunied Mrt.

Pick up Dekai, Yanhao, Ailian. Then justin got no car. So go his hse to pick him up.
Then we proceed to Stadium Link, NOSIGNBOARD seafood restaurant.
We ordered the 6 person set meal that comprises of:
1) Lobster Salad
2) Fried Tou Fu
3) Cereral Prawn
4) White pepper crab
5) Fried Rice
6) Shark's Fin

2nd stop: Arcade/ Movie

Watched Alien vs Predator 2
Not that nice. Very blur and fast action.

Highlight: Yanhao says the cinema used a loudspeaker system instead of Surroundsound system. Which is indeed true.

Arcade play basketball, Initial D and some shooting games.

3rd Stop: Stadium link to watch fireworks

4th: Supper at oasis

5th: too tired, so home sweet home

Jogging Session

Wow.......me n shawn are neighbours since 2000 , but this is the first time we went jogging.
cos now we all working liao, we still trying to strike a balance between work n life.

So temporary thursday is oour Healthy LIfestyle Day. Everyone is welcomed to join us.

Today, we started at 730pm, ran from Singapore Badminton Association to Kallang Riverside Park.

I ran abt 4km in 50 mins... ( damn slow i think ) , shawn want to run more, but i slowed him down. But i guess he ran 5km in 50 mins....

Now back pain, leg still ok....but i not sure tmr liao.

haha...

Christmas 's eve

well, it seems that eveyone is occuppied except Shawn, Yanhao and me.

So the 3 of us decide to go East Coast Park at 630pm for dinner.
Upon reaching there, we decided to eat Jumbo Seafood.
We ordered a crab, 1 grouper and seafood fried rice.
It has been a while since we met up with Shawn, so during the wait for the food to be serve
we were discussing abt our recent work life. It seems that we all are still adapting to the new working life.

Part 2: We went to the hawker centre to eat. But, halfway, we stop at the water sports ski-ing area. Wow....Santa Claus is there playing water ski-ing....damn cute. At the hawker centre, there is also "Ge tai" , those we saw in Hungry Ghost Festival....not bad...atmosphere is quite ok.

Part 3: Yanhao says he wants to take a look at Marina Bay Golf Course, so we go there. Haa...only 3 ppl are there. + us, there are only 6 ppl. Following that, we re-visit the Tanjong Rhu walkway where we watch fireworks on New yr eve of 06. There are works on the river bed liao, think that was in preparation for the new stadium water sports feature. Next we go to Waterfront Bridge. Over there, we saw Jumbo.....wah pian....it was rather empty lo. Conclusion by yanhao is that, ECP eat jumbo , can see sea view. Stadium eat, see river...so lesser ppl.

Hi all,

Well, the past few months was a torture to me, both physically and mently.

NIE course was moving at a faster pace than what i expected.

So, now i start updating from dec.
This month, me, yanhao, dekai and justin keep going for movie. Partly because me n dekai are free, and yanhao is more free than in the past. Berewolf, Alvin, National Treasure, Warlords, Doramon....etc.

I also treat my DHS buddies to Yann Palace. This treat was long overdued due to many reasons.
But then this gave us another opportunity to come together again. Haha.

A businessman went to a rural village. The villagers' main source of income is farming. Also there are also a lot of monkeys in the village. The businessman offer $10 for 1 monkey. This caused the whole village to stop farming and started to catch monkeys.

A few days later, the villagers could hardly catch anymore monkeys and go back to farming.
Ths businessman now offer $20 per monkey. Some villagers still continue to hunt for the remaining few monkeys.

Now the businessman offer $50 for 1 monkey, but he got to leave the village for business in other villages. But he promised the villagers that he will come back n buy from them.

A few days later, the assistant of the businessman proposed a solution to the villagers. He said " why dont i sell $35 per monkey to u all, and u all sell back to my boss at $50. The condition is that u dont tell my boss. " The villagers thought it was a good deal and bought all the monkeys back from the assistant. And niether the assistant or the businessman ever came back again.

Learning points:
1) there is no fruits without labour.
2) humans make losses due to greed.
3) businessman are not ethical.
4) DONT BUY MONKEYS....
