Training for marathon or Straining myself

Today, went jogging.

520pm: From my house, i walk to leisure park, took me 20 mins only.
540pm: Leisure park, start to jog
6PM : Indoor stadium, i sprint for a distance of like 50 m at full speed.
610pm: WAterfront
630pm: Reached end of tanjong rhu, started the run to ECP to suntech
7pm, reach suntech
740pm: run back using nichollhighway....

10pm....total shacked out, with painful ankle, back, and shin

why m i doing all these? haiz
