RP = Restorative Practice

This course is indeed enriching, but a bit long n draggy.

Lesson learnt:

1) Do not say that someone is wrong, thou he is wrong. Ask him why he do that, and in the process, what has he indirectly affected.
2) Do not nail down the person immediately, as this will put up the defence wall, and he will refuse to accept any other "talk"
